These are drawn from the WIKINDX Master Bibliography and may be personal or managed by a user group. Operations on a user or group bibliography (such as removing resources from it) have no effect on the WIKINDX Master Bibliography. Adding resources to, or removing them from, a bibliography is accomplished either in the single resource view or when viewing a resource list. Additionally, when importing resources, you can designate them as belonging to a user or group bibliography.
An admin can create publication lists which comprise one or more user or group bibliographies. Each publication list has a special URL which you can then place in an external website and which provides a highly restricted read-only access to the publication list. Publication lists can therefore be used to publicly display individual or research group publications, optionally allowing resource attachments to be viewed. Read-only access must be enabled and the WIKINDX must be on an accessible web server. If you allow attachments in a publication list to be viewed, this overrides any setting to the contrary in the WIKINDX configuration (but embargoed attachments cannot be viewed).
